Pack Ranks

All of the packs share one thing in common: pack ranks and jobs. The ranks and jobs for these packs are all the same, and is even considered against the Pack Law to have ranks and jobs that are not the same. Below are the ranks listed in chronological order with information provided.

ALPHA
The Alpha is the leader of the pack. They are the head honcho, and what they say goes. They are responsible for leading their pack through trouble and hard times, and they make the choices. They can be usurped by the Underboss say something happens to the current Alpha. Usually the Alpha is male. The Alpha overseers everything, and usually goes to recruit dogs.

UNDERBOSS
The Underboss is the second-in-command. They are like a beta. They help the Alpha with choices, and they serve as the one in charge when the current Alpha is away. Underbosses help recruit dogs, and they are the secondary boss basically, hence the name "Underboss". Think of them as the moderator for a game. Underbosses can also banish members.

ENFORCER
Enforcers are basically the dogs who lead each job, except for Maid, and Storyteller. They are like the Alphas for each job. The Enforcer is often very experienced and great at their job, and also pretty helpful. They hold meetings with the dogs of their job, and they also lead patrols with the dogs of their job. Enforcers can be challenged by a dog of their job if the challenging dog wants to become Enforcer.

ELDER
Elders are elderly dogs. They are very wise and helpful, and are highly respected for their wisdom. Elders are to be treated like a god, slightly.

TRAINEES
Trainees are dogs 8 months up to 12 months(1 year) and newcomers. They are often given a mentor to train them for the job they want to have, and usually are tasked with going to get prey for their pack to prove they are ready to be a member of the pack(Gunners exception).

WHELPS
Whelps are dogs newborn up to 8 months. They are often cared for, and are usually spoiled by their packmates being they will bring forth strong generations. Once they are 8 months, Whelps are swept out of the care of their mother and are made a Trainee.
